Ontem fui no comboio/trem Acela à Drexel University em Filadélfia, na Pensilvânia. Fui lá por vários motivos, mas enquanto lá estive, aproveitei para visitar os arquivos musicais da universidade.
É um dos melhores locais de armazenagem de fita analógica que já vi. Algumas das minhas melhores memórias musicais estão guardadas aqui. Quanse que perdia o comboio/trem de regresso, porque me pus a fotografar e a cantar cada canção em cada caixa que fotografava. Foi como encontrar um baú cheio de tesouros que me pôs a Cantar e Dançar Até Fartar!
Uma das razões porque fui até Drexel, foi para falar para a próxima geração de gente do negócio da música

Gestern fuhr ich mit dem "Acela-Express" zur Drexel Universität nach Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Gestern stieg ich in den "Acela-Express" und fuhr zur Drexel Universität nach Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ursprünglich hatte ich dort einige andere Sachen zu erledigen, aber ich nutzte die Zeit, um mir die Musikarchive der Universität etwas näher anzuschauen.
Dort steht eines der am besten ausgestattesten Ansammlung von analogen Bandaufnahmen, die ich jemals gesehen habe. Ich verpasste fast meinen Zug nach Hause, weil ich jede Hülle der zahlreichen Aufnahmen fotografierte und jeden einzelnen Song nachgesungen hatte. Es war einfach eine wahre Schatzgrube, und ich sang und tanzte mir den Ar$sch ab!
Ein Grund, weshalb ich an die Drexel Universität kam, war mein Vortrag vor Nachwuchskräften im Musikgeschäft

Hier, j'ai pris le train Acela pour Drexel University à Philadelphie, Pennsylvanie.J'y suis allé pour de nombreuses raisons, mais tant qu'à y être, j'ai visité leurs archives musicales.
C'est une des plus grandes installations de stockage de bandes analogiques que je n'ai jamais vues. Quelques uns de mes plus grands souvenirs musicaux sont entreposés là bas. J'ai presque raté mon train de retour car je chantais chaque chanson sur les boîtes que je photographiais. C'était un coffre au trésor qui me faisait Chanter et Danser à tout Rompre
Une des raison de mon voyage vers Drexel était pour parler aux prochaines générations de personnes dans le business musical

昨日僕はペンシルバニアのフィラデルフィアにあるドレクセル大学に行く為にアセラ列車に乗った。
昨日僕はペンシルバニアのフィラデルフィアにあるドレクセル大学に行く為にアセラ列車に乗った。僕がそこに行ったのには幾つもの理由があるが、僕がそこにいる間僕は彼らの音楽アーカイブに訪れた。
そこは、今まで僕が見たなかでも最も素晴らしいアナログテープの保管施設の一つだ。僕の最も偉大な音楽の思い出の幾つかがここに保管されている。僕は帰りの列車に乗り損ねるところだった。というのも、僕が撮影した全てのテープボックスの全ての曲を僕は撮り、歌っていたからだ。それは僕をしゃにむに歌い踊らせる宝箱だった。
僕がドレクセルに行った理由の一つが音楽業界の人々の次の世代に話をする為だった

Ieri, ho preso il treno Acela per la Drexel University, di Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ci sono andato per una serie di motivi, ma mentre ero li, sono andato a visitare il loro archivio musicale.
E' uno dei più grandi depositi di nastri anaologici che abbia mai visto. Alcune delle mie più grandi memorie musicali sono conservate qui. Ho quasi perso il mio treno di ritorno, perché ho fotografato e cantato ogni ogni titolo scritto sugli scatoli. Era una cassa del tesoro che mi ha fatto Cantare E Muovere Il Culo!
Una delle ragioni per cui sono andato alla Drexel, era per parlare alla prossima generazione di addetti alla music business

Since being attacked by cancer last year I appreciate things in this world a little more. I started this blog to help me maintain my sanity because cancer made me think insane thoughts. Sometimes there's no intellectual rhyme or reason why I find something interesting - other times, I can explain it like a scholar. Today, I'm All Over the Map.

Desde que fui atacado por el cáncer el año pasado aprecio las cosas de la vida un poco más. Empecé este blog para ayudar a mantener mi cordura porque el cáncer me hizo tener pensamientos locos. A veces no hay rima o razón intelectual porque me parece algo muy interesante - otras veces, lo puedo explicar como un académico. Hoy, Estoy Por Todos Lados.

Desde que fui diagnosticado com cancro/câncer no ano passado, aprecio um pouco mais as coisas deste mundo. Comecei a escrever este blogue para ver se conseguia manter a minha sanidade, porque com o cancro/câncer, dava comigo a pensar em coisas meias doidas. Às vezes, não há uma justificação intelectual para aquilo que me parece interessante - outras vezes, consigo explicar como se fosse um académico. Hoje, Tudo Me Parece Interessante.

Seit meiner Krebserkrankung im vergangenen Jahr habe ich gelernt, viele Dinge auf dieser Welt ein wenig mehr zu schätzen. Ich begann diesen Blog, um bei klarem Verstand zu bleiben, denn der Krebs trieb mich nahezu in den Wahnsinn. Es gibt Tage, an denen ich an vielen einfachen Dingen grundlos Gefallen finde - dann gibt es wieder Zeiten, in denen ich über vieles stundenlang philosophieren könnte. Heute sehe ich von jedem etwas.

Aujourd'hui, j'ai trouvé intéressante cette vieille photo avec mes cheveux bouclés Jheri
Depuis que j'ai été attaqué par un cancer l'année dernière j'apprécie un peu plus les choses de la vie. J'ai commencé ce blog pour m'aider à conserver mon équilibre mental parce que le cancer fait avoir de mauvaises pensées. Parfois, je trouve quelque chose intéressant sans aucune raison - d'autres fois, je peux l'expliquer comme un érudit. Aujourd'hui, Je Suis Partout à La Fois.
